Did you know you can bake a hard egg instead of boiling it? I tried it this week and it works!
You will need eggs...
A muffin tin to hold the eggs...
and your oven to hold the tin...
Place an egg in each compartment, pre heat your oven to 350 to 375 and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove tin and place eggs in a bowl of cold water to stop them from over cooking.
They may have brown spots on them when you take them out of the oven but don't worry, it comes off in the water bath.
That's it! You may have to test your oven for temp with one egg to start. They are creamy and a bit easier to peel. Give it a try!
